Summer Vegetable Garden Update: June 2019

Several classes planted pumpkins, marigolds, sunflowers, and cantaloupes in the garden the last week of school. They've grown!

Here's the big question, though, especially for those beginning seventh grade in the Fall: Where does the mass of these plants come from? Note: As the plants have grown, the amount of soil in the beds has stayed the same. All we've added is water, sunshine and air. See you all in the Fall!
